Two Buffalo State alumni honored by Business First’s 30 Under 30

Nine Western New York leaders with ties to Buffalo State University were recently honored by Buffalo Business First, a Buffalo-based business journal, on its 2026 30 Under 30 list. This annual distinction recognizes Western New York professionals who are younger than age 30 whose work benefits not only their employers but the community as a whole.

The list included Celine De La Cruz, '18, human resources Manager for Samco Technologies and Fatima El Abed, '18, senior manager for K-6 and prevention programs, at West Side Community Services.
