Sen. Johnson Joins Bipartisan Resolution Supporting Israel and Condemning Hamas’ Heinous Attack Two Years Ago

WASHINGTON - Today, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) joined U.S. Sens. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), John Fetterman (D-Pa.), and all Senate Republicans in a bipartisan resolution condemning Iran-backed Hamas terrorists and supporting an outcome to the war that ensures Israel's security. The senators called for the release of all remaining hostages, including the remains of two United States citizens, and the complete denial of Hamas' ability to reconstitute in the region.

"The October 7th attacks demonstrated Hamas' hatred of the Jewish people and its indifference to the fate of its own people. As we remember the terrible evil of that day, we must be resolute in demanding that Hamas be fully dismantled and play no role in the region moving forward," Sen. Johnson said.
