PUBLIC NOTICE of ONLINE AUCTION for the sale of CHEMUNG COUNTY SURPLUS EQUIPMENT. Bidding starts on Jan 5th, 2026 and bids close on January 15th, 2026 at approximately 6:00 P.M. Items up for auction include two Old Chemung County Transit Buses.
Current registered bidders are free, NEW bidders are charged a one-time fee of $10.00 to register their credit card which is required to bid online at AuctionsInternational.com. ONLY online bids at this website will be accepted. Successful bidders shall pay a buyer premium over high bid of ten percent (10%) for cash transactions and (12.77%) for credit transactions plus NYS sales tax. All items are sold as-is, where-is. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranty for fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
