The Sun Will Not Harm You by Day, Nor the Moon by Night. Poetry Reading with Dr. Victoria Bañales,
Join us for a book celebration ~ Dr. Victoria Bañales, Watsonville Poet Laureate will read from her recently released book of poetry, "The Sun Will Not Harm You by Day, Nor the Moon by Night". This program will take place on Thursday, October 2 at 6:00pm at the Civic Plaza, Community Room on the 4th Floor.
The following poets will also present short readings at the event: Bob Gómez, former Watsonville Poet Laureate; Eva Martínez, Watsonville Youth Poet Laureate; Adela Najarro, author of "Variations in Blue"; and Elbina Rafizadeh, author of "Keepers of the Malicgong Rice Terraces.

Se le invita a la celebración de un libro ~ La Dra. Victoria Bañales, Poeta Laureada de Watsonville, leerá fragmentos de su reciente libro de poesía, ""The Sun Will Not Harm You by Day, Nor the Moon by Night".
