Cotton Statement Following Passage of Lindsey Graham's Russia Sanctions Bill

WASHINGTON - Today, Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) released the following statement after Senate passage of the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia Act of 2026:
