Governor Signs 15 Bills into Law

CONCORD, NH - Last week, Governor Kelly Ayotte signed the following bills into law:

  • HB 723 - Repealing the multi-use energy data platform.
  • HB 1019 - Relative to the composition of the state water well board.
  • HB 1160 - Relative to the county-state finance commission.
  • HB 1202 - Relative to dual and concurrent enrollment requirements for courses at institutions within the community college system of New Hampshire.
  • HB 1204 - Relative to the grading and use of timber grown in New Hampshire.
  • HB 1246 - Relative to planning board members serving on other local boards.
  • HB 1259 - Relative to the issuance of certificates as a certified public accountant.
  • HB 1287 - Relative to special number plates for veterans and eligibility therefore.
  • HB 1467 - Relative to the New Hampshire seal of civic excellence and engagement program.
  • HB 1485 - Relative to eligibility and fees for late refund requests of road tolls.
  • HB 1503 - Allowing the department of education to allocate funds to create a database of maps of public schools for emergency use cases.
  • HB 1624 - Relative to the elimination of certain special funds.
  • SB 182 - Relative to the maternal mortality review panel.
  • SB 497 - Removing a reference to procurement through the department of administrative services for certain capital appropriations to the community college system of New Hampshire, changing the name of a capital project, and changing a reference regarding spaces assigned for use for members of the legislature.
  • SB 620 - Relative to refusal of consent to testing to determine alcohol concentration and penalties for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
