Minneapolis, MN (November 10, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, received a Reggie Award at the Fall 2025 Parade of Homes from Housing First Minnesota. These accolades bring the company's total to more than 880 awards for product design and more than 1,580 overall.
David Weekley Homes was recognized with a Reggie Award in the $600,000 to $700,000 category for The Leslie model home in The Villas at Rush Hollow.

In The Villas at Rush Hollow, buyers can select from a variety of one-story floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,490 to 2,700 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms, two to three full baths, two-car garages, and an optional second story loft with configurations for a loft, bedroom and bathroom. Amenities within the community include community parks, green spaces, trails, a dog park, fire pit, included lawn maintenance, and snow and trash removal.
Since 1968, Housing First Minnesota has presented the Reggie Award to builders for outstanding achievement in the design, construction quality and value of their homes as judged by their harshest critics, builders and professionals within the industry. All the homes judged were on display to the public during the 2025 Fall Parade of Homes.
