Lane Closures Scheduled Nightly on US-101 for Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Marin County

Schedule: Sunday, Aug. 30 through the morning of Thursday, Sept. 3

Marin County - Caltrans is scheduled to continue its Capital Preventive Maintenance project along US-101 in August and September.

Various lanes will be closed on US-101 from Sunday, Aug. 30 through the morning of Thursday, Sept. 3. from Bellam Boulevard to Miller Creek from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

There will be no work on Friday, Sept. 5 due to the upcoming Labor Day weekend.

This project will pave US-101 and the on-and off-ramps from Wornum Creek Undercrossing to the Miller Creek Bridge.

The project covers approximately 7.30 miles, totaling 54.2 lane miles of roadway improvements.

The target completion of the project is summer of 2027, weather permitting.
