Florida State University Football-Only Facility Nears Completion

PENSACOLA, FLA. - Catalyst, a healthspan-focused real estate development and investment firm, is proud to announce that construction on Florida State University's new Football-Only Facility is entering its final stages. Bordering Stadium Drive and stretching from the soccer complex to the practice fields, the 150,000-square-foot, $138 million facility is set to redefine the standard for collegiate athletics. Players are expected to move into the facility early in the season, marking a major step forward for the program and a significant enhancement to the student-athlete experience.
