CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00011910 de 16 de junio de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía ALMACENES BOYACA S.A. cuya oferta pública de la OCTAVA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR 2024-00001061 del 08 de enero de 2024 por el monto de hasta USD $4'000.000,00 amparada con garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
