The Youth Union of Da Nang International Airport continues its efforts to assist passengers in using VNeID and biometric identification (15/12/2025)

The Youth Union of Da Nang International Airport support passengers using VNeID and biometric identification.

Accordingly, the program will be implemented from now until the end of December 2025 and maintained during peak periods to increase the rate of passengers using VNeID, applying biometric identification, and promoting digital transformation in civil aviation operations. This is also an important solution to shorten check-in time, reduce pressure on aviation infrastructure, and enhance the experience and convenience for passengers.

Youth union members will enhance guidance on online check-in, electronic authentication, and facial recognition at gates D1, D2, D3, and the self-service kiosk system. They will also assist with traffic flow management and facial recognition checks at security screening gates, ensuring a fast, accurate, and convenient process.

This activity clearly demonstrates the pioneering role and volunteer spirit of the youth at Da Nang International Airport, closely linked to professional duties and the goal of improving the overall service quality of the airport.

This is also one of the key contents in implementing the Resolution of the Da Nang International Airport Youth Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, aiming to build a "Safe - Civilized - Courteous - Modern" airport system.

Youth members of the program were thoroughly instructed to carry out their duties in accordance with the motto "4 asks - 4 always," ensuring a courteous, professional, and enthusiastic manner when interacting with and guiding passengers. At the same time, a unified support approach was adopted to convey accurate information and follow proper procedures at functional areas.
