Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has been recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace in St. Louis. The firm ranked fifth among the 48 large workplaces included on this year's list and is the only law firm recognized among large employers.

Published by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, this annual list is based on employee feedback compiled through a confidential job satisfaction survey measuring the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors. More than 700 of the firm's US personnel participated in the survey conducted by Energage.

The firm has also earned recognition as a Top Workplace nationally and in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Minnesota, New York, San Antonio and Washington, DC.

Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
