CIRO to Hold a Sanctions Hearing for Christina (Lorna) Cole

Vancouver (British Columbia), June 15, 2026 - An initial appearance scheduled for June 24, 2026, before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) pursuant to the Mutual Fund Dealer Rules in the matter of Christina (Lorna) Cole has been converted to a one-day sanctions hearing as CIRO Enforcement Staff and Christina Cole have reached an Agreed Statement of Facts.

The hearing concerns allegations that Christina Cole misappropriated or failed to account for monies that she obtained from investment or bank accounts of clients.

The hearing is open to the public unless the panel orders otherwise. The decision of the hearing panel will be made available at https://www.ciro.ca.

Hearing Date: June 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (by videoconference)
