Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has further expanded its capital markets offering with the appointment of Christopher Sanderson as counsel in its Amsterdam office.
Christopher is an English law-qualified international debt capital markets lawyer with extensive experience advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. His practice spans bond issuances, medium-term note programmes, commercial paper, regulatory capital and liability management exercises. He has advised on a number of capital funding programmes for large European banks (including in relation to regulatory capital and ESG bonds) and also has significant experience advising on debt capital market transactions for supranationals and large corporates. Christopher additionally specialises in advising corporate trustees, agents and other service providers on their roles on a wide range of debt capital markets and banking transactions, including securitisations, repackagings, secured lending and crypto-linked ETPs.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Christopher worked at Linklaters in London and Amsterdam. He holds a degree in History from the University of Oxford and a degree in Law from the University of Law in the UK.
