PIP ANZ opens at The YARDS, NSW
Last month, PIP ANZ Pty Ltd, formerly Bisley Workwear Australia, officially opened its new purpose-built facility at The YARDS, Frasers Property Industrial's premium estate in Western Sydney, developed in partnership with Aware Real Estate.
The 15,945 sqm facility has been designed to support PIP ANZ's growing operations, providing efficient storage and distribution of finished goods to its national wholesale network.
The facility comprises:
· 14,817 sqm warehouse
· 755 sqm two-storey office
· 300 sqm dock office
A celebration event was held on-site to mark the opening, attended by PIP ANZ CEO David Gazal and international representatives from PIP Global Safety.
The facility was delivered by Mainbrace Constructions.
