The Division of Belonging and Student Affairs invites the Marquette community to an immersive sound meditation led by Parisa Shirazi Chavoya, founder of Parisa Yoga Shala.
The session will begin with breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation using healing instruments such as crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers and chimes.
The experience aims to support stress reduction, release physical tension, increase energy levels, improve mental clarity and promote better sleep.
Students may register for one of the following sessions, all held in AMU 163:
