On April 29, 2026, H.E. Mr. Jia Guide, Permanent Representative of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other International Organizations in Switzerland, visited the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and met with Executive Director, H.E. Mr. Thomas Greminger.

Ambassador Jia Guide stated that, the international landscape is witnessing turbulence and transformation, accompanied by grave and complex security risks. China is willing to expand cooperation with the Geneva Centre for Security Policy to promote global peace and stability, and jointly improve global governance.

Ambassador Greminger introduced the work of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and expressed his willingness to further deepen exchanges and cooperation in areas including diplomatic dialogue and policy research.
