Open Meeting and Confirm Quorum Present
Site Visit followed by a Work Session todiscuss one application and one previously approved submission. The Site Visit will take place on Bowden Roadat 3:00 pm followed by reconvening in Emerson Hall at 4:00 pm.
· Worksession to discuss a Contract Zone application made by Madicourt LLC, HancockVillage Square on Hancock Village Court Street, Tax Map 5, Lot 9A. The application seeks a Planning BoardRecommendation to the Selectboard and the Town to re-approve a previouslyexisting, but expired contract zone for the parcel.
· Reviewof as-built plans of a previously approved project submitted by Sea StreetCastine Property LLC, 15 Sea Street, Tax Map 21, Lot 57-B. The project was approved by the CastinePlanning Board on 12/17/2024. Theproject has changed in scope due to rot found in support framing and changes tograde beam layouts as well as the size of support concrete needed and seawallrepair. This review could lead to amotion to reconsider the earlier approval.
