Winter Senior Program Guide Out Now

The Fall Senior Program Guide is packed with weekday activities from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for residents ages 55 and up at Hometown Heroes Park. Enjoy fun and fitness with Zumba, strength training, cardio drumming, pickleball, and tap dancing-or take it easy with classes and crafts at the Helen Hall Library.

Membership is free for League City residents-just bring a valid ID and proof of residency (like a utility bill) to Hometown Heroes Park to register. Seniors aged 60+ who live in Galveston County can also receive a free lunch every weekday from 11:30 a.m. to noon, courtesy of the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Aging and Galveston County Parks. You must fill out an application for the lunch program (the program is not income-based).
