Young Innovations Appoints Craig Kierst as Chief Commercial Officer

Young Innovations, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of dental supplies and equipment, announced the appointment of Craig Kierst as Chief Commercial Officer, effective August 31, 2026.

Kierst brings over 20 years of commercial experience in revenue growth functions, 18 of which have been in the dental space. He was most recently the SVP Sales Strategy and Growth for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers (part of the Aspen Group), where he shaped go-to-market and business development strategy, including AI implementation and new patient acquisition technologies.

Prior to that, he spent 16 years at Straumann, in roles of increasing responsibility, including as VP of Sales for North America, consistently delivering double-digit growth, and three years as Country Manager of France, one of Straumann Group's largest subsidiaries, driving growth across dental implant, orthodontic, and digital dentistry markets.

Craig has an Executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a bachelor's degree with a dual major in Marketing and Sports Management from Seton Hall University.
