Illinois Power Agency Releases Draft Indexed Storage Credit Contract, Preliminary Proposal Requirements
On April 23, the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) announced the release of a draft Indexed Storage Credit (ISC) contract and Preliminary Proposal Requirements for the IPA's August 2026 energy storage procurement. Both documents and the invitation to comment can be found on the Program Administrator's Draft Documents page.
Comments on the draft ISC contract and proposal requirements are due Wednesday, May 13, 2026 and should be sent to [email protected].
