Dr. Adel Almasarwah publishes new textbook - Modern Financial Accounting

Dr. Adel Almasarwah, assistant professor of Accounting and MAcc assessment coordinator, has published his new textbook "Modern Financial Accounting." Since joining the CoBT faculty in 2022, Almasarwah has drawn on international teaching experience across six countries and earned recognition such as the Emerald Literati Award (2020) and the CoBT Excellence in Scholarship & Creative Endeavors Award (2025). His research includes publications with leading academic presses, and he continues to contribute to the field through scholarship, teaching and service.
