Service of Chapter 13 Plans During BNC Outage

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan has issued Administrative Order 2026-7 addressing the service of Chapter 13 Plans by represented debtors during the current Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) outage. For cases filed on or after Monday, October 19, 2026, the Court will not serve Chapter 13 plans for represented debtors. Please read the administrative order carefully.
