Innovation is no longer measured in decades-or even years. Artificial Intelligence (AI) breakthroughs now arrive in months, reshaping every industry and ushering in a future where human ingenuity and machine intelligence combine to deliver outcomes once unimaginable.
The new frontier of AI goes beyond speed. Today's models self-learn, adapt, reason through complex challenges, and refine continuously. They're not static tools, they're dynamic systems evolving alongside us, expanding what's possible.
At Autodesk, we are embracing this shift to solve real challenges for our industries and customers. Across the company, our teams are reimagining how work happens today-and how it will evolve tomorrow.
Our commitment to AI is rooted in trust and transparency. We back that up with action: engaging customers through councils, publishing transparency cards, and raising the bar on governance-including achieving ISO 42001, the world's first AI management standard.
Across industries, customers face urgent pressures: attracting talent, adapting to rapid technological change, tackling backlogs, and meeting complex goals like sustainability and cost control.
Autodesk's long-standing investments in data, APIs, and now AI uniquely position us to help. By addressing interoperability through data and driving automation with AI, we're unlocking new capacity for our customers.
Our interoperability data initiatives like industry data models, exchange connectors, and geometry mapping are laying the essential groundwork for the AI-powered future. By standardizing, structuring, and streamlining the flow of data across tools and teams, we're removing barriers that slow work down. Whether it's enabling more flexible data sharing, transforming geometry across applications, or helping teams align around a shared data model, these efforts are unlocking capacity and clearing the path for AI-powered automation.
At AU 2024, we introduced Autodesk Assistant to help Fusion and Construction Cloud users move faster, collaborate better, and achieve stronger outcomes.
Since then, it has evolved into our agentic AI partner for Design and Make-redefining assistive experiences and shaping the future of work.
Together, these advances make Autodesk Assistant more than a feature-it is becoming the intelligent entry point into Autodesk products, powered by trusted, enterprise-grade Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and high-value APIs.
MCP adoption is accelerating across industries, and Autodesk is leading with secure, enterprise-ready MCP servers at the core of Autodesk Assistant. We're also announcing three standalone, public MCP servers-Revit, Model Data Explorer, and Fusion Data-launching in private beta later this fall.
MCP adoption is accelerating across industries, and Autodesk is leading the charge.
Looking forward, we envision a design and make marketplace where developers can access Autodesk MCP Servers-and even contribute their own-creating new opportunities for customers and partners.
APIs power automation and enable Autodesk Assistant to deliver intelligent, connected workflows. To match the value that APIs deliver, we're introducing a new usage-based pricing model at the end of the year.
For customers with product subscriptions, they can continue to access select APIs with generous monthly limits. Additional charges only apply when usage goes beyond everyday engineering, entertainment, or architectural workflows.
This helps us continue to scale and support our customers automation use cases and lay the groundwork for the agent-assisted, machine-driven workflows of the future. We'll start rolling out this change for a small set of our APIs later this year, and more will follow over time.
From Autodesk Assistant's agentic interface to enterprise-ready MCP servers and a modernized API model, these AI-powered solutions are just the beginning.
We look forward to unlocking new possibilities with you-and pioneering the future of work together.
