The Buckeye's Community Services Department is proud to announce it has been officially reaccredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Parks and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA) and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA).
The recognition was awarded during the Best of the Best Ceremony at the National Parks and Recreation annual conference, held on September 17, 2025, in Orlando, Florida.
CAPRA accreditation is the only national accreditation for park and recreation agencies and is a measure of an agency's quality of operation, management and service to the community. Reaccreditation signifies Buckeye's successful adherence to 154 national standards, demonstrating its commitment to excellence and best practices in the field of parks and recreation.
This achievement underscores the dedication of the Buckeye's Community Services Department staff and its commitment to providing high-quality parks and recreation services for residents.
