Ella Kurto, a senior in human resource management, interviews with Carla Rossi, human resource manager with Cintas Corp., on Tuesday at the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation's Fall 2025 Job Fair in Savage Arena. Approximately 400 graduate and undergraduate students and more than 90 companies nationwide attended the job fair, the first of two the college hosts annually to support students seeking internships and full-time and part-time positions.
Following his interview, Ben Webb, left, a sophomore in supply chain management, shakes hands with Jake Bedra from the Dana Corp. The Neff College of Business boasts a post-graduation job placement rate above 90%, with approximately 85% of students completing an internship before graduation.
