Support staff across Osaic's network gather to share insights and provide feedback that will shape the future of the firm's advisor platform
Osaic, Inc. ("Osaic"), one of the nation's largest providers of wealth management strategies, today kicked off its Service Excellence Staff Symposium, an event dedicated to bringing together the support professionals who help power Osaic-affiliated advisory firms.
Through professional development, peer-to-peer best practice sharing and direct engagement with home office leaders, the symposium is designed to strengthen collaboration, elevate the advisor and client experience and gather insights that will help shape future enhancements across Osaic.
The event's content will focus on service excellence, productivity, simplification, technology adoption, AI and operational efficiency, with sessions led by Osaic home office leaders. The agenda was shaped with input from advisor support team members, Osaic's Service Excellence Council and Champion Circles across digital, risk management and practice management, helping bring forward the perspectives of staff professionals who use the firm's tools, processes and resources every day.
"Support professionals are the primary users of our platform and processes, making them uniquely positioned to identify what is working and where we can improve," said Namita Patel, SVP, Advisor Experience Center of Excellence. "The professionals gathered have a unique perspective on what drives efficiency, service and growth within advisory practices. This symposium gives us the opportunity to learn directly from their experiences and use those insights to shape future enhancements that help advisors and their clients succeed."
"Great advisor businesses are built by teams, and support professionals play a critical role in how those teams operate and how well clients are served," said Shannon Reid, president and head of advisor growth and engagement at Osaic. "As advisors grow, the demands on their staff become more complex. This symposium reflects our commitment to equipping support professionals with the resources, relationships and voice they need to help their firms scale effectively, deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve success on their own terms.
The event also features an initiative to support the Osaic Foundation by recognizing veterans and their commitment to leadership and service. For Osaic's broader advisor community, the symposium helps build stronger support teams, more efficient operations and stronger connections across practices and the home office, ultimately resulting in a more responsive and consistent experience for clients.
