After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, AbleLight Inc. (AbleLight), Watertown, Wisconsin, entered into a $361,952.61 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that AbleLight submitted claims for personal care services that did not have real time electronic visit verifications.
