Support Local Families in Need During Gilbert’s Annual Food Drive

Gilbert, AZ. - The Town of Gilbert encourages residents to support local families during the annual Gilbert Feeding Families Food Drive from February 9-22. Donations are crucial as Arizona food banks face higher demand following the holiday season.

Nonperishable foods can be dropped off at participating schools, businesses, and churches, while online cash donations can go directly to a local food bank. Each dollar donated provides three meals or $30 worth of food. You may also visit participating restaurants, which will donate a portion of their sales.

In 2025, the community donated 45,296 pounds of food and $25,480.45, which supplied 165,149 meals to the Gilbert community.

This event offers a meaningful way to help those who may lack access to sufficient food for their families.
