Portland Permitting & Development joins Prosper Portland’s Office of Small Business Community Office Hour events

Permitting & Development's Land Use Services division is pleased to partner with Prosper Portland's Office of Small Business at its monthly community office hours to offer helpful information about how the City's zoning rules affect small businesses.

Land use planners from Permitting & Development will join four community office hours, held across the city, from Friday, Sept. 11, through Wednesday, Sept. 30. Staff will be available to answer questions about zoning regulations and how they may apply to new businesses or those altering their operations, building or site.

The next set of community office hours will be held:

  • Friday, Sept. 11, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Woodstock Cafe, 4103 SE Woodstock Blvd.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 16, from noon to 2 p.m. at Simple. Local. Coffee., 115 SW Ash St.
  • Monday, Sept. 21, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Change, 3940 N Williams Ave.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Historic Parkrose, 10402 NE Sandy Blvd.
