Law introducing new duties and increasing rates of certain existing duties

The Federal Law introduces new state duties and increases the rates of certain existing state duties.

In particular, a state duty of 1,000 rubles is established for the registration of a foreign national or stateless person at their place of residence in the Russian Federation, while a duty of 500 rubles is set for registering such individuals at their place of temporary stay. Such state duties shall not be applicable to foreign nationals participating in the experiment on implementing additional mechanisms for the registration of foreign nationals, as specified in Federal Law No. 121-FZ of May 23, 2025, On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and on Conducting an Experiment to Introduce Additional Mechanisms for the Registration of Foreign Nationals.
