RTM Wins Best Media Agency Award at Labour Day 2026

Radio Televisyen Malaysia has been honoured with the Best Media Agency Award at Malaysia's National Labour Day 2026 celebration, held on 1 May at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil. The award was presented by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to Director-General of Broadcasting Ashwad Ismail, recognising RTM's continued contribution to public service broadcasting and national communication efforts.

The recognition comes at a significant moment for RTM, as the national broadcaster recently marked 80 years of service, underscoring its long-standing role in shaping Malaysia's media landscape and connecting audiences across generations.

The award highlights RTM's role in delivering timely, accurate and accessible information to the public, particularly in supporting national messaging and public awareness initiatives.
