Andee Gravitt to lead pet insurance sales for Nationwide

Joel Carnes, president of Nationwide pet insurance, has announced that Andee Gravitt will be the company's new leader of pet insurance sales. Gravitt will report to Carnes, effective June 8.

"Andee has a proven track record of success delivering profitable, long-term revenue and growth, and leading strategic sales and relationship teams across large B2B companies," Carnes said. "She understands how to navigate complex client environments with confidence, clarity and collaboration."

Most recently, Gravitt served as AVP of Institutional Consultant Relations for Nationwide Retirement Solutions (RS), the company's employer-sponsored retirement plan business, where she led national strategy for consultant engagement. During her nine years with RS, she was responsible for some of the company's largest plans in the western United States and helped build the company's Consultant Relationships team. Her leadership strategy strengthened consultant partnerships across the national network, helped retain and win business and expand the sales pipeline.
