GHSP Welcomes Paul Blaicher as Vice President of Engineering

[Holland, Michigan] - GHSP, a leading global supplier of advanced technology and innovative solutions for the automotive industry is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Blaicher to Vice President of Engineering. In this role, Paul will lead the company's global engineering organization, drive product innovation, and develop advanced solutions to support GHSP's growth strategy. He is joining the executive team, working cross-functionally to align engineering initiatives with customer needs and business objectives.

Paul brings more than 20 years of engineering and leadership experience across automotive, aerospace, industrial, and technology fields. Throughout his career, Paul has developed technical expertise in product development, electronics hardware and software design, as well as hands-on leadership experience in project management. He is passionate about building strong teams and delivering reliable, high-quality products that create long-term value for customers and GHSP.

Prior to his time at GHSP, Paul served as Senior Principal Engineer in Space Systems at Collins Aerospace where he supported the development of advanced aerospace technologies and complex engineering solutions. In addition to that experience, his strong foundation in engineering leadership was built through roles at Hadley, Ficosa North America, Magna Electronics, and GE Oil & Gas. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University.
