WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congresswoman Luz Rivas released the following statement regarding a shooting by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in Minneapolis that killed an unarmed woman during an immigrant enforcement operation:

"There must be an investigation into the deadly actions taken today by Trump's ICE agents in Minneapolis. ICE continues to sow fear and chaos into communities across the country, and they must be held accountable for the murder they committed in plain sight.
