PPB Seeking Missing Person Richard Albertson

The Portland Police Bureau is asking the public to call if they see missing person Richard Albertson, who left his residence in the Centennial Neighborhood driving a gold-colored Kia Soul.

Richard was last seen at home in the 15200 block of Southeast Gladstone Dr about 12:00 noon on Friday, November 28, 2025 and has been missing since. He has recently been exhibiting signs of dementia. Family members and police have not been able to locate him.

Richard Albertson is an 84-year-old Caucasian man, 5'4" in height, 160lbs, last seen wearing a long sleeve red and black striped shirt and black sweatpants. He is likely driving a 2016 Gold Kia Soul bearing Oregon plate 155PAT.

Anyone who spots Richard is asked to call 911. Anyone with non-time-sensitive information is urged to contact [email protected] and reference case number 25-327044.
