SRP will be performing a canal dry-up from Nov. 20-Dec. 20 which will require some Western Canal pathways to be closed, including City of Tempe pathways.
The Western Canal pathway will be closed from the Loop 101 Freeway to where the canal crosses Guadalupe Road, just west of Rural Road. The Ken McDonald Golf Course crossings will remain open, as well as the pedestrian crossings at Country Club Way and Dorsey Lane.
Tempe recognizes these pathways are loved by many Tempeans, and we appreciate your patience while these critical maintenance duties are performed.
