Kirkland Advises Bridgepoint on Acquisition of iC Consult

Kirkland & Ellis has advised Bridgepoint on the acquisition of a majority stake in iC Consult Group GmbH ("iC Consult") from Carlyle. Bridgepoint will partner with the iC Consult founder and CEO and the rest of the management team, who will remain invested, while Carlyle will fully exit its holding.

Headquartered in Munich, iC Consult is the world's largest independent identity security specialist, with more than 850 experts across North America, Europe and Asia.
