Roskam Foods has acquired Kitchen Partners, Roskam's third acquisition since 2023, as it expands its growing presence in the external manufacturing market.

Founded in 1985, Kitchen Partners is a manufacturer of sauces, marinades, dips, soups, and related culinary solutions. The Company provides custom solutions to Canada's largest restaurant chains and retailers and is headquartered in Edmonton, Canada.

Founded in 1923 and headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Roskam is a contract manufacturer that supports many of America's most iconic food companies. Roskam is a large-scale, diversified operation with over two million square feet of manufacturing space across eight facilities, producing a diverse set of frozen, refrigerated, and shelf-stable food products.
