Secretary-General of ASEAN to participate in the ASEAN Higher Education Leadership Forum (ASHELF) 2025 in Putrajaya, Malaysia
At the invitation of the Akademi Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Tinggi (AKEPT), Malaysia's premier higher education leadership academy, under the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, will participate in the ASEAN Higher Education Leadership Forum (ASHELF) 2025, to be held in Putrajaya, Malaysia, on 4 November 2025. During the Forum, Dr. Kao will deliver the keynote address entitled "ASEAN Higher Education Leadership: Navigating the Future Together," where he will highlight ASEAN's collective efforts to strengthen leadership and governance in higher education, foster innovation, and enhance regional cooperation towards a more connected, resilient, and future-ready ASEAN education community.
