'Baila, Vini': The Official Trailer For The Vinicius Junior Documentary Is Out Now, Full Program Set To Premiere May 15

São Paulo, ָָApril 22, 2025 - It's time to celebrate! Baila, Vini will surely captivate soccer fans worldwide when it premieres May 15 on Netflix. The sports documentary just dropped its official trailer, offering a glimpse into the most emotional and challenging year of Vinicius Junior's career. In 2024, the soccer star faced several major hurdles on top of a few historical honors. The film revisits the events of 2024, when the Brazilian star battled injuries and rose as a powerful voice against racism in stadiums. That same year, Vini shouted in triumph as he lifted the UEFA Champions League trophy and was named best player in the world by The Best FIFA, breaking a 17-year dry spell for Brazil.

In the trailer, you'll see the reactions from the player's family to some of the most tense moments from last year. The documentary also features interviews with Vinicius Junior's friends and some of the biggest names in soccer, such as Neymar, coach Carlo Ancelotti, José Ángel Sánchez (CEO of Real Madrid), Benzema, Rodrygo, Courtois, Roberto Carlos and Cristiano Ronaldo. In addition to the emotional trailer, a series of promotional images and the documentary's official poster give audience members a glimpse of what to expect from the production.

The movie also addresses other key points of the player's life, giving special access to behind-the-scenes moments that fans will look forward to watching: Baila, Vini details the star's career from his come-up in Flamengo to his invitation to the Brazilian National Team. This documentary highlights the complex routine Vini follows to prepare his body and mind to compete at the highest level of world soccer.
