Ambassador Greer Tours Auto Plants in Ohio and Attends Detroit Auto Show with Secretary Duffy and Administrator Zeldin

DETROIT - Last week, Ambassador Jamieson Greer joined Secretary Sean Duffy and Administrator Lee Zeldin on the Freedom Means Affordable Cars Tour, visiting a Ford and Stellantis plant in Ohio before attending the Detroit Auto Show. During the auto swing, Ambassador Greer met with auto workers, plant leaders, and industry executives to highlight how the Administration's policies are revitalizing America's auto industry, creating more jobs, raising blue-collar wages, and putting money back in Americans' pockets.

"President Trump is working to promote and protect America's manufacturing plants, which are the lifeblood of communities and anchor of local economies," said Ambassador Greer. "The Administration's tariff policy coupled with USMCA's strong auto rules of origin are driving billions in new auto investments, reshoring domestic production and strengthening our global competitiveness. American workers will continue to reap the benefits of President Trump's trade and economic policies as blue-collar wages and manufacturing productivity rise."

Watch Ambassador Greer's remarks alongside Secretary Duffy and Administrator Zeldin in Cleveland, Toledo, and Detroit.
