HR Coffee and Connect is a casual, in-person coffee break that brings staff and faculty together across campus to connect with Human Resources and Workforce Strategy. This event will be held once a month in Albertson's Library The SPACE, on the second floor. This welcoming environment offers time for intentional interaction, networking and learning more about HR programs and resources.
Topics include compensation, benefits and perks, recruiting and hiring, career development and coaching, new employee orientation and engagement, or workplace support and conflict resolution. Attendees are also encouraged to stop in simply to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation.
