Join Us for Koniag's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Koniag Shareholders are invited to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, October 3, in Anchorage. Whether you join in person or online, we hope you'll take part in this important annual gathering.

The meeting will be held on the third floor of the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center, located at 600 W. Seventh Ave. in downtown Anchorage.

Doors open and registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Alaska time. An Alutiiq dance performance will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the start of the annual meeting at 9:30 a.m. Alaska time.

Shareholders attending in person may park free of charge at the 7th & G Street EasyPark Garage, located at 650 G St. No ticket or parking validation is required. If you have questions when you arrive, EasyPark Dispatch and Security can be reached at (907) 297-4471.

If you are unable to attend in person, you can still participate by watching the livestream through My Koniag at mykoniag.koniag.com. We encourage anyone planning to attend virtually to log in and test their My Koniag account before the meeting to help ensure a smooth experience.
