Beginning Sunday, November 2, through Thursday, November 13, the City of Santa Barbara Streets Operations Division will perform utility work and overnight paving from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on the following streets (please see the map below):
Overnight Schedule:
Sunday, November 2 & Monday, November 3
• Utility work - EXPECT DELAYS
Tuesday, November 4 (red on map):
• 700 block of Nopalitos Way
• 00 & 100 blocks of S. Nopalitos Way
• 700 block of Kimball Avenue
• 700 block of Carpinteria Street
Wednesday, November 5 (purple on map):
• 100 block of Powers Avenue
• 700 & 800 blocks of Cacique Street
Thursday, November 6 (blue on map):
• 800 block of Cacique Street
• 100 & 200 blocks of S. Milpas Street
(Southbound only)
Sunday, November 9 (green on map):
• 100 & 200 blocks of S. Milpas Street
(Northbound only)
Monday, November 10 (yellow on map):
• 300 block of S. Milpas Street
Tuesday, November 11 (orange on map):
• 00 & 100 blocks of S. Quarantina Street
• 700 block of Carpinteria Street
Wednesday, November 12 & Thursday, November 13
• Utility work - EXPECT DELAYS
On paving days, residents and business owners on the impacted streets will not be able to access their driveways during work hours (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.). During this project, you may also experience temporary delays and parking restrictions. Areas will be posted with NO PARKING signs. Please park outside of the posted areas during this process. Hours are subject to change due to weather or any complications that might occur during the paving process. The City appreciates your cooperation throughout this project as we improve our local streets.
