Washington, DC (March 11, 2026) - The Republican Jewish Coalition released the following statement from National Chairman Senator Norm Coleman and CEO Matt Brooks, announcing the endorsements of 16 key House GOP incumbent Members of the House of Representatives.
The RJC is proud to endorse these 16 conservative patriots for re-election to the House of Representatives. These Members represent the best of the House Republican majority, and the RJC is committed to ensuring that they are reelected in 2026. In particular, we are proud to endorse four Jewish Republican Members of Congress, who together represent the largest Jewish GOP delegation in the House since the 1980's.
Rep. David Kustoff (TN-08) -- A proud Jewish Republican and longtime friend of the RJC, Rep. David Kustoff has been the most senior member of the GOP's Jewish delegation in Congress since 2023. As a senior member of the House Ways and Means committee, he has been a tremendously successful advocate for issues that matter deeply to the Jewish community and his constituents in Tennessee. Since entering Congress in 2017, Rep. Kustoff has played a leading role in pushing back against the antisemitic BDS movement and has always spoken out forcefully in strong support of Israel. Last year, Speaker Johnson tapped Rep. Kustoff to serve as Chairman of the previously dormant House-Knesset Parliamentary Friendship Group. And since the 10/7/23 Hamas attacks, Rep. Kustoff has been pushing hard for legislation to revoke the tax-exempt status of any non-profit organization that provides material support to terrorist groups.
Rep. Max Miller (OH-07) -- Before serving in Congress, Rep. Max Miller served as senior advisor to President Donald J. Trump and spent six years in the Marine Corps Reserves. Rep. Miller is a proven champion for key causes the Jewish community and his constituents in Ohio care deeply about. Rep. Miller hasn't been afraid to take on antisemites in Congress, including Ilhan Omar, leading the successful effort to remove her from the prestigious House Foreign Affairs Committee. Now in his second term, Rep. Miller has spearheaded multiple pieces of important legislation including reintroducing the bipartisan Antisemitism Awareness Actto require the Department of Education to use the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism, as well as introducing legislation to help ensure hundreds of fallen American-Jewish servicemembers are buried under military grave markers that represent their true religion and heritage.
Rep. Randy Fine (FL-06) -- A great friend of the RJC, Rep. Randy Fine has brought the Hebrew Hammer down in the halls of Congress since Day One. Congressman Fine proudly serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and has been a vocal advocate supporting the U.S-Israel alliance. Rep. Fine hasn't shied away from combating antisemitism in Congress, on both sides of the aisle, most recently introducing the No Antisemitism in Education Act, a federal version of the bipartisan law he passed in Florida to implement the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's Working Definition of Antisemitism. Additionally, Congressman Fine has introduced a bill to designate the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as a foreign terrorist organization.
Rep. Craig Goldman (TX-12) -- In his first year in Congress, Rep. Craig Goldman has defined himself as a conservative problem solver, fighting vigorously to secure the border, lower taxes, and defend religious freedom. Rep. Goldman stands out for having secured an appointment to the House Energy and Commerce Committee as a freshman member. There, Rep. Goldman has worked to revitalize the American energy industry and create new, good-paying American jobs in Texas and across the country. Rep. Goldman's most recent initiative is a bill to codify President Trump's energy deregulation executive orders. Rep. Goldman is a vocal defender of pro-America, pro-Israel policies, and has consistently worked to advance President Trump's Middle East agenda as a co-chair of the bipartisan Abraham Accords Caucus.
Rep. Tom Barrett (MI-07) -- In 2024, Tom Barrett, a 22-year Army veteran, flipped Michigan's Seventh District from blue to red in one of the most expensive races of the cycle. The fight for MI-7 will be no less intense in 2026. This is the third consecutive cycle the RJC has backed Tom Barrett - now for the first time as an incumbent. In his freshman term, Congressman Barrett has emerged as a strong ally to the Jewish community, urging continued support for Israel and wider adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism in the Wolverine State, most recently urging the President of Michigan State University to adopt the IHRA working definition of antisemitism.
Rep. Rob Bresnahan (PA-08) -- At just 35 years old, Rep. Rob Bresnahan attained remarkable success at a young age as a businessman and philanthropist before defeating Democrat Rep. Matt Cartwright, who stood out for his anti-Israel record in this conservative district that President Trump carried by three points in 2024. A fighter for Northeastern Pennsylvania, Rep. Bresnahan has hit the ground running in Washington; in his first 100 Days, he introduced two pieces of legislation, the Simplifying Forms for Veterans Claims Act, and Eric's Law, and co-led or cosponsored 33 bills, including but not limited to legislation to improve veterans' access to resources, connect small businesses with career and technical education graduates, address the record number of illegal crossings across our borders, and invest in our next generation workforce.
Rep. Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) -- Rep. Juan Ciscomani is in his third term representing Arizona's sixth district which includes part of Tucson as well as more rural areas to the east, south and northwest. Rep. Ciscomani defeated an incumbent Democrat who was aligned with J Street and his record could not be more different. The Congressman visited Israel on an important solidarity mission after the October 7 attacks and took a strong public stand for the Jewish state and against those who attack it for defending itself.
Rep. Gabe Evans (CO-08) -- Rep. Gabe Evans has been a strong ally to the Jewish community in Colorado, especially in the aftermath of the horrific antisemitic attack in Boulder in June, 2025; Rep. Evans immediately condemned the terrorist attack and has called for enhanced vetting procedures and stressed the importance of communication between state and local law enforcement in sanctuary states like Colorado. In 2024, the RJC saw a lot of potential in Gabe Evans, a young veteran and former police officer challenging a left-wing freshman Democrat who had prevailed in 2022 by fewer than 2000 votes. The RJC Victory Fund undertook a special advertising campaign to warn voters in Colorado's 8th district that the incumbent was intent on raising their taxes. We're proud to have played a part in Rep. Evans's exceedingly narrow win that year and we expect another photo finish as the Congressman bids for a second term.
Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01) -- Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick is one of just two incumbent Republicans defending a district carried by Kamala Harris in 2024. The long-time FBI agent's success in overcoming his district's partisan lean is based on a hard-won reputation for integrity and independence. RJC has proudly supported Fitzpatrick in every one of his congressional runs. In 2018, when he faced his toughest challenge from a J Street super donor, RJC took to the broadcast airwaves with our own ads exposing Democrat Scott Wallace's extremism. This year, Brian Fitzpatrick will need strong support from Republicans nationwide who understand the importance of holding this seat to preserving a GOP majority.
Rep. Tom Kean Jr. (NJ-07) -- Now in his second term representing NJ-7, a closely divided suburban district, Rep. Tom Kean Jr. has cemented a reputation in the House of Representatives as a hard-charging 'workhorse' (not one of Congress's many 'show horses'). Rep. Kean has been at the forefront of efforts to cut taxes for all taxpayers and expand the Child Tax Credit for hardworking families in New Jersey. Rep. Kean has also been a reliable pro-Israel stalwart, taking the lead on a congressional letter thanking Germany for supporting Israel's right to self-defense in the International Court of Justice. A leading opponent of antisemitism in all its variants, Rep. Kean has been active in anti-BDS efforts and was the lead cosponsor of legislation to reauthorize the Never Again Education Act, which promotes Holocaust education in elementary and secondary schools. In the wake of the 10/7/23 Hamas attacks - made possible because of Iran's support for Hamas - Rep. Kean stood up for Israel's right to defend itself against the Iranian regime and its terror proxies and he forcefully supported President Trump's decision to launch Operation Epic Fury against the Iranian regime.
Rep. Mike Lawler (NY-17) -- As one of just two Republicans representing a district that Kamala Harris carried in the 2024 election, Mike Lawler knows that he will be a top Democrat target. Fortunately, the Congressman - a former Executive Director of the New York GOP, has a good idea about what it takes to survive in such a district. He is both one of Congress's most effective communicators and one of its most effective legislators. Reflecting a district with many Jewish residents and well-known Jewish enclaves Monsey, Kiryas Joel and New Square, Lawler has been an indispensable champion in the ongoing effort to win passage of the Antisemitism Awareness Act and a great leader for the pro-Israel cause on the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Simply put, Rep. Lawler is irreplaceable.
Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (PA-07) -- Representing the Greater Lehigh Valley, freshman Republican Rep. Ryan Mackenzie is fighting to keep this critical seat as one of just four Republican challengers to unseat a Democrat incumbent in 2024, and one of just a few freshman members who became a Subcommittee Chairman in the first term in office. Rep. Mackenzie is a stalwart on issues of national security and a fierce opponent of the terror regime in Iran--in fact, Rep. Mackenzie's very first piece of legislation to secure passage in the House of Representatives is The Solidify Iran Sanctions Act of 2025, which removes the sunset clause from the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996, sending a clear message to Tehran and ensuring that the United States can continue to restrict Iran's ability to finance terrorism and regional aggression. Rep. Mackenzie has been in Democrats' crosshairs from Day One, as Hakeem Jeffries needs to flip PA-7 back to blue to become Speaker of the House. At least four different Democrats are vying for the nomination, and whoever emerges is likely to be another J Street aligned leftist like former Rep. Wild.
Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01) -- Congresswoman Miller-Meeks is in her third term representing Iowa's southeastern 1st District. A veteran and a doctor, Rep. Miller-Meeks championed the Maximizing Israel-U.S. Research Advancement and Collaborative Leadership in Emerging Medical Technology Act, a bill to strengthen joint research efforts on emerging medical technologies, cybersecurity for hospitals, and disease prevention. The Congresswoman is likely to face the same J Street-aligned Democrat she narrowly defeated in 2024: liberal law professor Christina Bohannan.
Rep. Zach Nunn (IA-03) -- Now serving his second term representing an Iowa district that includes the city of Des Moines, Zach Nunn is a mainstream conservative with a strong record on national security issues. After the October 7, 2023 attacks on Israel, 20-year Air Force veteran Nunn introduced his own resolution condemning Hamas and calling for our country to support Israel's self-defense. Democrats have telegraphed their intention to throw the kitchen sink at Nunn--he needs support from friends nationwide who understand the importance of holding this bellwether seat.
Rep. David Valadao (CA-22) -- Congressman David Valadao has managed to build a solid bond with constituents that enables him to win despite a Democrat-leaning district. The Congressman stood steadfastly with our ally Israel after October 7, 2023, and as a result became a target of pro-Hamas radicals who vandalized his district office. Democrats have high hopes that they'll unseat Valadao this year as they did in 2018. (He won it back in 2020.). Congressman Valadao is counting on support from conservatives aware of how important this seat is to keeping a GOP majority in the House.
Rep. Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) -- Second term Congressman, Derrick Van Orden, representing Southwestern Wisconsin, is known for his sometimes unconventional style, which tends to enrage Wisconsin liberals but has endeared him to President Trump and Badger State Republicans. In an expression of his strong Christian faith, Congressman Van Orden rushed to Israel as soon as he could after the October 7th attacks on a mission of solidarity. Democrats seem likely to give a second opportunity to Rebecca Cooke, the J Street-aligned Democrat who was their 2024 nominee.
