The Portland Police Bureau needs the public's help in identifying a person of interest in a Southeast Portland shooting.

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, at approximately 1:15 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to reports of a shooting in a parking lot near Southeast Stark Street and Southeast 148th Avenue. When officers arrived, they located two victims - an adult male and an adult female - who had sustained gunshot wounds. Both were provided medical aid at the scene and transported to a local hospital by ambulance. Their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

The suspect or suspects left the scene prior to officers arriving, and no immediate arrests were made.

Detectives with PPB's Enhanced Community Safety Team (ECST) are actively investigating this case. As part of their investigation, they are releasing a photo of a person of interest and are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the individual.

Investigators also believe that a large number of people were in the area at the time of the shooting, and some may have left without speaking to officers. Detectives are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, has video, or has any information that could help the investigation to contact [email protected], Attn: ECST, and reference case number 25-320278.
