DALLAS - Students in the AVID program at Thomas Jefferson High School will bring springtime fun to Walnut Hill International Leadership Academy as they visit campus dressed as bunnies to hide eggs for students. The festive event will begin at 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, April 1, creating a joyful experience while also building connections between campuses.
Dallas ISD Esports students drive home tournament win
The Esports program is celebrating a thrilling Mario Kart World Tournament victory, showcasing the power of teamwork, consistency, and student engagement. Elementary teams from Felix G. Botello Personalized Learning and Geneva Heights Elementary credited weekly practices, strong fundamentals, and family support for their success. With excitement already building for the next tournament, students are eager to return to competition and represent their campuses.

More Choice Expo 2026
Dallas ISD is hosting the More Choice Expo from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, April 11 at the Automobile Building in Fair Park. Families can enjoy fun activities, free food, connect with school officials from nearly 200 Legacy Schools, and register on-site for the 2026-2027 school year.
