Cary, NC - The Cary Art Daze Workgroup is excited to announce that the Cary Art Daze Grants program is back. Nonprofit organizations are invited to apply for grants that will help fund art-based projects benefiting Cary and its residents.

About the Cary Art Daze Grants Program: The Cary Art Daze Workgroup is committed to giving back to the Cary community through the Cary Art Daze Grants program. Each year, they allocate $40,000 from the annual Spring Daze and Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts Festivals to support nonprofit organizations in their artistic endeavors. To date, the committee has awarded over $950,000 in grants to various nonprofit organizations, underscoring its dedication to nurturing the arts in Cary.

What We Fund: We invite Cary-based nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) federal tax identification number to apply for grants tailored specifically to art-based projects. Priority will be given to applications that align with the following criteria:

• Cultural arts organizations or projects with a cultural arts focus.
• Projects that contribute to the overall Town of Cary initiatives.
• Projects that support downtown Cary initiatives.

Please note that applications aimed at raising funds for school activities, such as booster clubs or PTA initiatives, will be given lower priority.

Application Timeline: Mark your calendars for the following important dates:

• October 15, 2025: The 2026 application period opens online.
• November 16, 2025: Deadline for submitting 2026 Cary Art Daze Grant applications.
• January 2026: Grant funds distribution.
