Domestic violence suspect arrested after standoff

BUCKEYE, AZ (March 25, 2026): A domestic violence suspect is facing a list of charges following a standoff with police yesterday at a local apartment complex. Just after 2 p.m. on March 24, Buckeye police received a report that a man was threatening to shoot his girlfriend at the Riverwood Apartment complex near Miller and Beloat. Officers arrived and helped the victim to safely leave the apartment with her infant child. The suspect ran into the bedroom and refused to come out. Buckeye Police SWAT responded to the scene, and a short time later, the suspect was taken into custody. Investigators seized two handguns found in the home. The suspect, 21-year-old Andre Holloway, was arrested and booked into jail on charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, threatening and endangerment. (Booking #G244194)
